I will walk through your home alongside you and evaluate your existing layout of furniture and decor elements identifying any problematic pieces or spaces you have. I will also identify any key details that you might consider incorporating for listing photos.

This is my time to pull ideas together for each room curating a detailed plan of action including a list of any extras that we decide together, are important to layer in for listing photos. (You can either shop for these items on your own or I can do the shopping for you for an additional $75 per hour fee). I will provide you with a scope of work detailing specific deliverables and your custom quote. 

The moment when all our planning and hard work come together.  Timeline of completion will vary by size of project and other variables.  The specifics of your installation will be outlined in your scope of work. We will walk thru your staged space together once everything is in its place. Then its time to contact a photographer to get your coveted listing photos. If you need a professional photographer I know of one! 

This is my opportunity to gain a clear understanding of your staging needs. Post consultation, typically the day after, I will provide you with your punch list of To-Do's, in PDF format, to get you organized and ready to begin your home transformation, in your own time. I will include all the details we discussed during our in person session. Also sharing guidance on where to shop for any and all extras.
